Visits with Jay are usually pretty eventful. My brother is an ..... interesting kinda guy. Let me tell you a little about Jay ... there is nothing he cant talk his way out of, everything is a good idea, and you can always burn it afterwards.... these are a few of his idiologies. He invited me over to his place a few nights ago.
Couple people came by, drinks started flowing, speach started slowing ..... errbody started lookin real good .... you know the drill. Anyways, my brother decides it's going to be a good night for a fire in the backyard ..... two problems though 1) there's a fireban and 2) there's nothing to burn.
Now for most people, that would be enough to make this idea not seem practical .... this is true, for everyone but my brother.
What you're seeing is a large portion of my brother's back deck burning ....
A few pieces of his back fence .....
... and a few select pieces from inside.
Now, let me remind you, that this is a reletively normal occurance around my dear brother Jay. To him these all seemed like practical, well thought out ideas ....
apparently the police didn't agree.
Now, how my brother was able to talk himself out of the fine for noise complaints was amazing enough, but how a backyard fire 15 feet across completely uncontained, during a fiure ban, was also something he was able to talk himself out of, is nothing short a miracle.
Jay .... we solute you.
